| 1500 to 1800 | Ships Store is open. |
| 1815 to 1845 | Reunion briefing in meeting room. Please attend |
| 1845 | Evening is free time. Meeting room open till 2200 |

| Tuesday September 16, 2003 | |
| 0630 to 0830 | Continental Breakfast in meeting room |
| 0845 | Board buses for tour to Ponderosa ranch |
| 1000 | Arrive Ponderosa ranch , remain on bus until lunch tickets are passed out. Lunch at ranch, at your leisure. |
| 1245 | Board buses for trip to M.S. Dixie cruise ship for tour of Lake Tahoe. Cruise 1400 to 1615. Food and drink available on board at your expense. |
| 1630 | Board buses for return trip to Holiday Inn. |
| 1800 | Arrive back at hotel remainder of the evening is free time. Meeting room will be open till 2200. |

| 0630 to 0830 | Continental Breakfast in meeting room. Free day till 1700 for those not on a tour. |
| 0745 to 1500 | Board bus for NAS Fallon tour, lunch at the Galley at $3.50 ea. |
| 0845 to 1500 | Board bus for Virginia City tour, lunch at your expense in city. |
| 1500 | Board buses for return trip to Holiday Inn. |
| 1700 to 1830 | Business meeting and election of officers in meeting room. |
| 1900 to 2000 | Buffet supper in meeting room. |
| 2000 to ??? | White Elephant auction in meeting room, room open to 2200. |
